Grace Smith
Grace is a certified Life Coach who specializes in helping people find balance in their lives and direction in their careers. She has spent many years as a Human Resources generalist and designs and facilitates retreats for business, church, and other non-profit groups. A cradle Episcopalian, Grace defines her religious affiliation as “Independent, a Seeker” and is open to the current worldwide spiritual awakening. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, she now lives in Buffalo, New York, where she has learned to deal with snow and appreciate a sunny day. Her passions include her dog, Jack, and a strong interest in working with the blind and low vision population as Director of Communication and Training for the Delta Gamma Foundation. She loves music, musical theater, and reading and wants to love golf. Grace and her husband, Ralph, have two daughters.

Sr.
Kathy McNany, OSB
Kathy is a Benedictine Sister of
Baltimore in the Emmanuel Monastery in Lutherville,
Maryland. An experienced spiritual director, retreat
leader, and leadership guide, she has a special interest
in peace, justice, and ecumenism. Kathy has taught
middle school and also served on the retreat staff
at Bon Secours Spiritual Center for ten years. A native
of New Jersey, Kathy enjoys music, reading, nature,
and her many grandnieces and grandnephews. |

Charles E. Partridge, Jr., Esq. Pete Partridge is a principal with Semmes, Bowen and Semmes, with a concentration in business law. He will be serving as Treasurer of The Well and brings with him a breadth of legal and nonprofit experience.

Kathy
Baker
Kathy is a busy wife, mother of
two daughters, and a member of Woodbrook Baptist Church
in Towson. Kathy has organized and facilitated small-group
Bible studies, and has a special interest in the role
of women throughout Biblical history. She holds a
Master’s Degree in Human Resources and has worked
in the educational and business sectors in various
capacities of human resources.

Mabeth
Hudson
Mabeth Hudson is Executive Director
and co-founder of Well for the Journey. Passionate about
nurturing spiritual care through the community of small
groups, she is a member of the design team for Women
at the Well. She also strives to help others discover
God amidst daily life. Mabeth holds a Juris Doctorate
from Emory University School of Law and is currently
a candidate for a Masters of Arts in Pastoral and Spiritual
Care at Loyola College, Maryland. She is married and
is the mother of three.

Willem (“Wim”) Cassard
Wim is an entrepreneur and the president of a Baltimore-based telecommunications consulting firm. He has spent many years working with youth in his church and in the community, including serving as a youth group leader, teacher, and coach. As a coach for girls’ youth recreation sports he strives to interject focus on issues beyond the scoreboard such as community, relationships, and teambuilding. Wim also initiated and coordinates a men’s group within his Episcopal church which focuses on men’s contemporary issues in daily life. His passions include his 21 year marriage with his wife, Sandi, his three daughters, and a renewed interest in photography.

The
Rev. Greg Cochran
Greg has been the Minister of Christian
Education at Woodbrook Baptist Church in Baltimore,
Maryland since 1988. He holds a Masters degree in
Divinity in Christian Education, and is a curriculum
writer for Smyth & Helwys Publishing and a member
of the Institute for Christian and Jewish Studies
Religious Educators Group. A South Carolina native,
Greg and his wife, Carole, have two children. Greg
enjoys hiking, nature, music, woodworking, photography,
birds, and family time.

Cheryl Duvall
Cheryl Duvall is founder of Avancé, LLC, a workplace and business consulting firm specializing in innovative strategies for the interior design and architecture communities, and the businesses they serve. She is skilled in leading innovative programming efforts, exploring alternative approaches to the design of the workplace environment. She holds a masters degree in Positive Organization Development and Change, from the esteemed Weatherhead School of Management and is a licensed interior designer.

Bess Garrett
Bess Garrett currently serves the
students, faculty, and staff at Towson University as
the Episcopal Chaplain. For ten years, she was the owner
of St. Bede's Books, a bookstore in Baltimore, Maryland
selling spiritual and religious books. She enjoys reading
and travel, and is particularly interested in India
which she has visited four times. |

Karen
Gilliss
Karen is an explorer at heart. She
holds a BA in Sociology and Women Studies and an MA
in Educational Administration. Karen has facilitated
cultural diversity courses, leadership development programs
and conflict resolution dialogues. She is a mother of
two and is very active at Towson Presbyterian Church.
She also loves travel and photography.

Anne Pidcock, Ph.D
Anne is a doctorate in school psychology
with emphasis in the development and evaluation of children.
She has developed a strong interest in spiritual exploration
and sharing faith journeys through her experiences with
various Christian communities and through the Education
for Ministry (EFM) program. This has led to designing
and leading workshops and small groups integrating psychology
and spiritual formation. She is part of the design team
and a facilitator for Women at the Well. Anne is a wife,
mother and a member of the Episcopal Church. She enjoys
travel, dance aerobics, reading and taking time for
tea. |

The Rev. Jim Ransom
Jim has been Rector of Trinity Episcopal
Church in Towson, Maryland since 1997. Before Trinity,
Jim served the Diocese of Maryland as Canon for Congregations
and Clergy, focusing on vocational discernment and formation
for those preparing for ordination. A longtime member
of The Fellowship of St. John, Jim's spirituality has
been shaped by the spiritual practices of western monasticism.
Jim and his wife Debbie have two grown children and
a dog named Gilbert.

The Rev. Ben Smith Ben has a serious
life-long interest in movies. A former professor of
literature at Mary Baldwin College, and an Episcopal
minister, he has studied filmmaking at The University
of Southern California in Los Angeles, and the aesthetics
of cinema at the Slade School of Fine Arts University
College, London. An avid movie-goer, he can often be
found in local cinemas taking in the latest film. His
perspectives are often informed by his life's experiences
as husband, father, grandfather, teacher, and minister. |
