"Fearfully, Wonderfully, Made":
The Delicate Interconnection of Body-Mind-Spirit
Are you taking care of someone else? Maybe the better question
is: do you take adequate care of yourself? Most people do
not comprehend the truth of Psalm 139's words about human
beings: "fearfully, wonderfully, made." The physical,
psychological, and spiritual aspects of our lives are delicately
interconnected, and we do well to understand this body-mind-spirit
totality, especially when we are ill or stressed...or when
we'd like to prevent ourselves from becoming so. Whether
you are a parent, teacher, minister, healer, or a person
interested in how the physical, psychological, and spiritual
impact each other, spend two hours learning about what you
can do to promote total health in yourself and in your loved
ones.
